In  2025, 2024 my posts slowed down. Not my photos and videos. I was still "out there" covering many protests and rallies. (Flickr and you tube; even IG were my outlets) but, my ability to put it all to 'paper' slowly came to a halt. Twenty some years and I hit the brick wall of repetition. So much of what I was covering felt uninspired so my lack of motivation dragged on: hence my need to explain these disparate posts published of late.

Repetition numbs the brain through a process called habituation, where the brain reduces its neural response to repeated ..... stimuli to conserve energy and focus on new information.....  cause(ing) cognitive fatigue, emotional desensitization .... making the brain treat consistent, monotonous inputs as background noise.

 

 

With the New Year, seems many fine patriots have expressed a similar fatigue as the Left-machine repeats and repeats relentlessly;

Key aspects of how repetition impacts the brain include:

 

• Emotional Desensitization: Constant exposure to the same emotional stimuli (positive or negative) weakens the emotional response, leading to a "numbing" effect.
• Semantic Satiation: Repeating words or phrases too many times causes them to temporarily lose their meaning, as the brain becomes over-habituated to the sound or symbol.
• Reduced Brain Activity: Studies show that repetitive tasks or speech result in a global reduction of brain activity, particularly in the prefrontal cortex.
• The Paradox of Efficiency: While repetition helps build neural pathways and strengthens skills (muscle memory), it can lead to inattention, causing the brain to miss changes or make mistakes in mundane tasks.
• Cognitive "Blindness": If a task is too repetitive, the brain may stop consciously processing it, causing a temporary, functional "blindness" to the information. 

Repetition can be ... detrimental for engagement, creating a need for variety to combat mental numbness.

BUT, the protests and rallies resist change.

NOT My President Day Leftists return to Columbus Circle NYC

Presidents' Day. NYC.  Feb. 20, 2017. RENAMED (by the rabid Left) NOT MY PRESIDENT DAY

Location: Start at Columbus Circle. Assemble outside Trump International Hotel. 61st St & Central Park West. Time: 12pm - 4pm



This was announced as a peaceful demonstration. A rally, not a march (though plenty of Leftards marched up Broadway)

There was a congressional recess on February 20th that aligned with President's Day. SO, "Let's rally while our federal representatives are back in town and remind them who they represent."
But, today was NOT just any Presidents Day

. 
 


 Officially, the holiday is called Washington’s Birthday, to honor the first American president, George Washington. The date was established by Congress with the Monday Holidays Act, which went into effect in 1971.



But,  just say "President Trump" and watch the temper tantrums from the Left begin.





That's all they needed to "gather like children", screaming , "Trump is NOT my President."  Pathetic.

AMERICA , however, did not remain silent. There were pockets of confident patriots scattered from 60th to 65th st.



Not just 'white' America the Left loves to smear with cries of racism.




People of color. Diversity. THIS is what democracy looks like.



Polite (mostly). FIRM in their convictions that Donald  Trump IS our President. YOU LOST. Get over it!"



Heading towards the subway, I felt weary from yet another YUGE temper tantrum. So much snarky ill-will.



Yet, the civilized street debates offered up by those brave patriotic Americans, also left me encouraged.



Kudos to the patriots who had the courage to stand amongst so many smug Fools and Tools and retained their composure. Bravo.



For the Leftards, who suck the life out of everything, while preaching hatred for all things Republican: a major Razzie award to you all.

After the Rally, the Leftists filled their Face book and Twitter feeds with the expected self congratulation. BUT so did the Patriots!!

Thank you to EVERYONE that came out. We made a stand and it was great. The Spirit of '76 was alive yesterday and we totally messed up the libs day. So proud of everyone!

By the way, the next event will be on March 4th - I believe at Trump Tower. It's called "March 4 Trump" and they will be happening in several cities. Thanks again.

Donald Trump is literally our President, but figuratively, he has attacked every value New Yorkers embody and does not represent our interests. We will be staging a rally at Columbus Circle to protest the un-American policies of the current White House:

- He plans to cut federal funding to our state in an attempt to turn us against our immigrant population, funneling money away from important public institutions.

- He wants to use our tax money to build a wall that no one wants.

- He attacked our Muslim communities and instituted an Islamophobic religious ban.

 

- He approved a pipeline that threatens to destroy sacred lands.

- His administration opposes a woman's right to choose and purged the White House website of information pertaining to police brutality and LGBTQ rights.

- His party doesn't take climate change seriously and undermines our state's efforts to combat it.

Donald Trump stands against the progress we have worked hard to enact. He does not represent our interests. He was voted in by a minority of the American public but governs as if there's no resistance. But there is -- and on February 20th, we will honor previous presidents by exercising our constitutional right to assemble and peacefully protest everything Donald Trump stands for.

Netanyahu & Kissinger "WAR Criminals Protest" Plaza Hotel [9-22-16]

Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, 5:30 pm - NY's Plaza Hotel

A protest organized by Jewish Voice For Peace, co-sponsored by Code Pinkos and Adalah NY and joined by World Can't Wait. The protestors ranted and chanted:

Irate that Netanyahu was receiving an award from the "right-wing" Hudson Institute, they marched in front of the hotel with their versions of Netanyahu's awards.

And banners that declared Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, to be a WAR Criminal.

Come show these war criminals that New Yorkers of conscience will not stand by while they prance around our city and pat each other on the back for their misdeeds. We will present "Bibi" with our OWN awards--ones that expose his crimes and vile behavior"

Join us as we raise our voices against Netanyahu's regime of human rights abuses. Come show the world that New Yorkers of conscience do not welcome Netanyahu. We will present him with our own award, one that sheds light on the rights violations of the Israeli government.

Later, on Saturday, the anti-Bibi protest continued "on Broadway":

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was booed and met with cries of 'Free Palestine' after going to watch the hit Broadway musical "Hamilton".

Melanie Colton tweeted: 'At Hamilton... two women entered the Richard Rodgers Theater screaming, 'Free Palestine!' They were "escorted" out of the theatre after trying to shove their way through Netanyahu's heavy security.

Mondoweiss eagerly posted "Now he’s “Boo Boo!” Netanyahu!"

71st Anniv. Hiroshima / Nagasaki (No Nukes Now!) Apology Press Conf.

August 5, 2016. NYC. The 71st Annual "Apology Press Conference", outside the Japanese Consulate.

The hard-core Leftists were demanding that the American Government, and the American people, apologize for dropping the A-bombs on Hiroshima & Nagasaki in August of 1945.


Apologize for Taking Action, a PEACE Action, to end four years of a brutal war in the Pacific; a war that had no end in sight.

A WAR that started, for the U.S., when the Imperial Japanese forces attacked the United States at Pearl Harbor (without warning) on Dec 7, 1941:
    “A Day that will live in Infamy“.

By 1945, it took the bombing of Hiroshima & Nagasaki to put an end to not four, but actually eight years of the Japanese War in the Pacific. After the bombs were dropped, VJ Day came quickly.  WW II was finally OVER!

 

  Peace was now possible.

Yet, according to these “pacifists”, dropping the A-bombs on Japan was an
unnecessary, evil act; “a catastrophic wrong”. NUKES were NOT the ANSWER.

Fact: the Imperial Japanese war-machine was the aggressor in that horrid war. But, the hard-core AMERICAN Leftist/Progs were laser- focused on the U.S. only: “America must Apologize!”

Did the Japanese press, reporting on Hiroshima & Nagasaki, acknowledge their country’s deliberate actions that day in December of ’41, that lead to those fateful days in August of ’45?

Perhaps not, since they were only able to interview the very anti-American Leftists and the American press was a no-show
No one on-hand to challenge the lies. The facts, history be damned.

What about IRAN?  If only there had been protestors like this man at a pro-Israel/ anti-Nuclear Iran Rally in 2015. Nope. Not this day in 2016 [Cue choir of crickets]

Each delusional speaker outside the Japanese Consulate focused on the U.S. joining those countries that have disarmed or simply don’t have Nukes (yet). 
Defense is a Crime. Peace through Disarmament! No Nukes. No Way. No How!
In the spirit of “NO MORE WAR”, there were plenty of hootenanny songs, as well as speeches.

“Gonna lay down my sword and shield.” Okay. “Ain’t gonna study war no more, no more.” Again, okay….

And pithy anti-war memes. “War is the Defeat of Humanity”, “WAR is NEVER the Answer”, “Peace Demands Action”, “Make Food Not War” , “BE HUMAN” and Apologize!

The most dynamic religion of the last hundred years has been leftism. Not Christianity and not Islam. Leftism.

Leftism has taken over the world’s leading educational institutions, the world’s news media, the world’s popular entertainment, and it has influenced Christianity (and Judaism) far more than Christianity (or Judaism) has influenced anything.

The pithiness continued, “People apologize cause governments can’t. It’s complicated.”, “DISARM NOW! followed closely by …. APOLOGIZE!

Ms. Taguchi was presented with letters and flowers by the two Pax Christi Sisters and from Veterans For Peace, Dr. Tom Fasy, MD, a board certified pathologist with a longstanding interest in uranium toxicology.

Yes, ending barbarism required force. And, at war’s end, the terms of surrender, Article 9, required that the Japanese Imperial war-machine DISARM.

Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution (日本国憲法第9条 Nihonkokukenpō dai kyū-jō ^?) is a clause in the national Constitution of Japan outlawing war as a means to settle international disputes involving the state. The Constitution came into effect on May 3, 1947, following World War II.

But, even the strongly worded Article 9 has gone through some changes, 70 years later, making the “Pacified” Left most unhappy.

Article 9 has been re-interpreted to allow for “collective self-defense.”Japanese forces will now be able to assist the U.S. and other allies if those allies were attacked, although there would still be limits on the scope and scale of Japanese assistance …. that Japan could now shoot down a North Korean missile fired at the U.S. and provide logistical support to South Korea if Pyongyang invaded, but could not deploy Japanese troops to Korea.

 Should the A-bomb, the Nuclear Bomb, never have been created? Is it possible to rid the world of Nuclear power now that it exists? Are Nuclear Bans possible? Wise? Necessary?

A Pointless Anti-Nuclear Gesture

The paradox of nukes is that they are weapons of cataclysmic destructive force at the same time that they have proven to be a guarantee of peace. As the strategist Bernard Brodie wrote at the dawn of the nuclear age: “Thus far the chief purpose of our military establishment has been to win wars. From now on its chief purpose must be to avert them.” It is thanks in part to the advent of nuclear weapons that we have averted the total wars between great powers that made the first half of the 20th century a vast killing field. The paradox of nukes is that they have proven to be a guarantee of peace.

Our allies are freaked out about the prospect of no first use. They have long relied on our nuclear umbrella, and if it is being pulled back, countries like South Korea and Japan will need to reconsider their decisions to forswear nuclear weapons. This is why no first use would contradict President Obama’s opposition to nuclear proliferation, and make Global Zero — the disarmament movement’s goal of a world free of nuclear weapons — even more of a pipe dream.

After decades of indoctrination by the Howard Zinn/Bill Ayers/Saul Alinsky-John Deweys, can we hope to take back our schools? Our media? Our governments. 

Or is it too late to repair our collective psyche? Their Mission Accomplished:
“America Bad.” Period.


Come November, Can America “Hope to be Great Again”?
