NYC supported Drag Queen Story Hour Continues at 20th St Library

Another inappropriate Drag Queen Story Hour at 11 AM was protested by the Guardians of Divinity who continue to oppose this misuse of public funds.

Councilman Erik Bottcher and State Sen, Brad Holyman (both gay activists) were on-site, defending these Story Hours as harmless, while accusing the protesters of being "Faces of HATE".

The Antifa aggressors along with the Rise and Resist leftists assembled claim to protecting the children from the" Save The Children" protestors. But, as usual, they are the aggressors,  physically assaulting the Guardians.

The Guardians continue to ask, "WHY is a grown man dressed as a woman, reading LGBTQ books c to CHILDREN?"

The high dudgeon exhibited by the leftists begs the question, "Would Christians be allowed to read their books with the same support from the city .... like the Drag Queens?"

Part 2 Around 10:30 am. Rise and resist/ antifa thugs blocked the sidewalks and assaulted a Guardian who had arrived early to protest. The cops were in a van so they saw the assault and stopped the Antifas as soon as it started. ( no arrests) and of course the lefties still hung around like they owned the street.

 

Part 3 The Rise and Resist Lefties and their Antifa aggressors gathered  mostly in front of the library, but always spill across the street; keeping the NYPD busy attempting to keep them under control.Joining them was the bared chested Crackhead Barney(dressed in religious garb as she had come from the early morning PRO Abortion rally) And Councilman Bottcher and State Sen Holyman, continued the lie that the  protestors were "Faces of HATE".

Part 4 So many police on the street and NYPD on scooters. The only issues requiring the police  were recreated by the Antifas, and were handled quickly by the police. But, Councilman Bottcher must have needed the photo-op, cause the amount of police made no sense. Mayor Adams could use the NYPD presence better to curb the growing street crime around the city. Also, working the police as usual, was reporter Talia, who pressures the police with her demands and works to have any press she doesn't approve of, shut down. Always  busy walking back and forth, like a pit boss. AND, of course, Councilman Bottcher can be observed watching and talking to his friendly media about his "Faces of Hate"

.Four short Videos-  Part 1 -  Drag Queen Story Hour returned to the Andrew Heiskell Library for the Blind.  In this clip,the Rise and Resit/ Antifa's blocked the sidewalks and assaulted a Guardian who had arrived early. I saw the assault but camera wasn't on. The Police were sitting in a van at the corner, so as soon as the antifas struck, the cops put an end to the confrontation (though the lefties continued to block the sidewalk)

Part 2  The Guardians gathered to Save The Children and to Let Kids Be Kids, escorted by the NYPD ... to keep the Antifas from assaulting them. Unfortunately, the Councilman continues to slander them as Faces Of Hate. But, their signs are not filled with hate. It is concern for the children.

Part 3 - The Guardians of Divinity gathered across from the Andrew Heiskell Library .Their signs were not filled with hate. TTheir signs: "Save The Children" and "Let Kids Be Kids". and ''Stop Confusing the Kids" The Councilman continues to mislabel them as Faces Of Hate when their signs are not filled with hate. It is concern for the children.

Part 4 -   Stop Drag Queen Story Hour because it is inappropriate for children. That was why they chanted " Shut It Down" . Though accused of being "Faces of Hate" by the local Councilman, their signs show otherwise. They say it is about concern for the children.

And coming up next is a NYC supported 4 Part MARATHON of Drag Queens reading to children . On Sunday, March 19th- From 11 am to 3 pm. Supported not only by NY's local politicians but even (shamefully) Letitia James, NY Attorney General (taking a break from harassing President Trump)

Eve though Drag queen story hours for kids have been held at public libraries across the city since 2017, the events have recently drawn backlash and violent protests. The outrage in this NY Post article is encouraging:

New York Attorney General Letitia James is set to host a “Drag Story Hour” for children in Manhattan this weekend — and the event is sparking outrage over the use of taxpayer money for the already controversial event.

James and a string of fellow elected Democratic city and state leaders plan to attend Sunday’s event in the West Village where “families with children” are invited to watch drag performers read books over a four-hour stretch.

The AG’s March 19 event is co-sponsored by Drag Story Hour NYC — a nonprofit that has been showered in taxpayers funds, which has enabled them to send drag performers into public schools and libraries to interact with children as young as 3.

“My office is proud to host a Drag Story Hour read-a-thon,” James wrote on Instagram as she promoted the event. “We’re inviting families to join us at the @lgbtcenternyc with @dragstoryhour, drag storytellers, community leaders, and elected officials.”

News of the event sparked immediate backlash on Twitter, with some claiming New Yorkers’ tax dollars were “hard at work grooming kids.”

Why?? Why???? What is the purpose of government funded drag queens for children? To teach tolerance? BS,” Matt Antar, the New York Young Republican Club’s finance chairman, tweeted.

“Drag is a profession, not a “type of person.” A profession where adult men do exaggerated female impersonations often scantily clad with sexual themes… This is not the way.”

Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair also chimed in, tweeting: “The “family-friendly” event will take place at the ‘Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center.’ Your tax dollars are hard at work grooming kids!”

Steve Cortes, a former spokesman for President Trump’s campaign, added: “This kind of explicit targeting of children is just evil.”

“Grownups want to dress in drag? More power to them. But what is this fascination with wanting people to bring their kids to your drag show?” TV personality Judge Alex Ferrer tweeted.

Protest NY SAG Awards Screening: END Discrimination in the Union NOW

The Plandemic is OVER.
But, no one seems to have told SAG/AFTRA.
SO, protesting membership demanded UNION Leadership
be held accountable for discrimination against membership!
NOW.

 5: 30 pm. Feb 26. Outside the SVA Theatre in NYC an eager audience was
queuing to FIRST be checked for vax cards and then agree to arbitrary masking, otherwise: NO ENTRY for the Awards Screening.

Soon the protestors gathered, SAG members and friends, with cries of Shame on Sag filling the air. Actors forced to pay dues to a union that denies them employment gathered peacefully. Even so, someone called out a ridiculous amount of police- who left soon after - since this was definitely a peaceful protest.

The hypocrites running SAG cover for an elite core of union members who avoid the clot-shot, yet still work! Membership for the average union member includes pay your dues, BUT they must COMPLY to vax or NOT work. (some are more equal than others)

SAG has failed as a union. At the expense of the actors who must PAY their DUES but can NOT work because of arbitrary, debunked rules.

 SAG/AFTRA continues to segregate membership. To gain entry for the screening,  everyone had to go the the back of a line, wait to show their vax cards and then proceed to the the SAG Rep up front who was handing out MASKS.

 But, the actual Awards show was in LA. In a packed ballroom of NO MASKING celebs. One can imagine as well that the clot shot secretly injected into a slew of oranges ... rather than the arms of these ELITE SAG members.  (a well kept secret?)

The protestors were loud. Passionate.  Our Bodies. Our Choice should NOT be used to segregate us. We pay our dues. LET US WORK !

Flickr - Part 1 - END this Plandemic Discrimination NOW. There was an unnecessary amount of police who came to check out the protest... and left  ... because this was a peaceful protest. (although Theatre Security complained about chalk on the sidewalk 'cause they would have to hose it down.)

Flickr- Part 2. The protestors demanded an end to forced masking,while the celeb-elites in L.A. gathered mask-free! Signs and chants filled the air as Do not Comply, End Segregation, End Discrimination challenged the eager lemmings entering the theatre under these arbitrary rules.

Part 1  Video [3:07] "Shame on You" followed by impassioned speakers who represent ACTORS who want to work! Another said re the mandated vax: "We should have a vote, not a mandate." And another speaker challenged the union with "You've sold your soul to the Devil."  Followed by more chants: "END discrimination in the union"

Part 2  Video [1:48] Police showed up but didn't stay long. The protestors were loud but peaceful. But, that didn't keep the  SVA Theatre Security from being upset by the chalk messages that stated clearly WHY they were protesting. All this while the audience was sent to the back of a line to get vax approved and  masked before they could enter.

Part 3 Video [1:40] Chants of segregation and a great sign: S.egregation A.buse G.enocide as well as more en point chalk messages. "Our Dues pay YOUR salary". The protestors were not shy. They spoke directly to the lemmings attending the Awards Screening. And some of the audience were equally direct (one older fellow angrily entered the theatre with a two-handed flip-off to the protestors)

Part 4 Video [00:47] Everyone who attended the screening had to go to the back of a line, to show their vax cards, and then proceed to the SAG/AFTRA Rep handing out the masks. Meanwhile, the celebs in L.A. were MASK FREE.

Part 5 Video [1:45]  Masks. So many masks. So many sheeple happily masking up to attend the awards screening. While the celebs in L.A. are mask-free.

Next day, SAG/AFTRA President Fran Drescher made a statement following the demonstrations on both coasts. She called for an end to the mandates, so the actors can work. “When equal citizens stop being equal, when cards must be presented to identify whether you are included or excluded, we stand at the tipping point of an America I no longer recognize.”

She urged Hollywood to end its vaccine mandates in her opening remarks at the 2023 Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony on Sunday (Feb. 26), calling for everyone to use their financial influence to “make governors act” on the issue.

“As the nation declares an end to the COVID emergency this May, I hope we will see everyone return to work in equal opportunity!”

The actress’s call for the end of vaccine mandates followed closely behind Woody Harrelson’s anti-vax monologue on this weekend’s Saturday Night Live. The actor, who was hosting the show for the fifth time, compared COVID vaccine manufacturers to drug cartels.

Drescher ended her remarks at the Screen Actors Guild Awards with a bold line from her character Bobbi Flekman in the 1984 movie, This is Spinal Tap: “Money talks and bullshit walks!”

That's twice she has spoken out. But, so far, it's just talk.

Guardians of Divinity Protest Drag Story Hour at Yorkville Lib NYC

 Feb 15, 2023. The Guardians of Divinity gathered peacefully protest another Drag Queen Story hour promoted as usually as SAFE for Children.

Today they were outside a NY Public Library on East 79th St

. 

 The upper east side of Manhattan aka Yorkville.\

 

 The NYPD predictably spends all their time dealing with the Antifa radicals  who claim to be are there as 'protection' for the children.

Protecting the children from those "scary"Guardians of Divinity by the very scary Antifa radicals.

The rest of the Drag supporters are the colorful Rise and Resist Leftists ...  who have no respect for the First Amendment (or the police) either...

They all have one purpose: to shut down any opposition, and to do this they go where they want and do what they want.

Today, outside the library there were an unusual amount of strollers.



 

Perhaps it's the UES nannys looking to keep the kids busy (no matter what the event).

Videos Part 1- The door to the library didn't open til 11 am, so the children . The strollers, the nannies. The antifa/rise resisters. All hovered outside. It was the few moments of filming for me before they decided to surround me ( yawn). Once the doors opened, the "you don't belong here" game began

Part 2. The police were in a much better mood on the UES than the officers in Queens and the 20th street. It was encouraging the calm demeanor they maintained while controlling the Antifa thugs- they still surrounded me- blocking my camera as best they could,with their RAINBOW umbrellas, but today there were limits to how far they could push me. Thank you, Yorkville NYPD.

 
Part 3 - Activist Jamie Bauer insisted she could NOT understand WHY this group has an issue with the Story Hours. She was seeking a dialogue so she could understand .... but she couldn't get an answer. (poor dear)

  

Part 4 - The Guardians of Divinity, when they first gathered were in front of library  ... as were the Rise Resisters ...  but the police were not comfortable with this arrangement. All the barricades were late arriving. So, the antifa thugs were roaming and shoving and physically threatening the Guardians. Annoyed, understandably, the Guardians were placed in a barricaded area, away from the library entrance,

The resistance by concerned citizens like the Guardians of Divinity to grooming children through inappropriate books, classroom indoctrination and the proliferation of adult Drag Queen Story Hours performing to young children continues and is growing. Parents are no longer silent. The resistance will never be silent.

Stop Grooming the Kids. Let Kids be Kids. Stop Killing Their Innocence.They are definitely making an impression.

Even though NYC is run by progs and the soc/commie machine they are NOT comfortable .... they HATE that the opposition continues.
