NY ICE (New Yorkers for Immigration Control and Enforcement) said:

People in our Movement have worked hard to have a day designated where we remember those who have been victims of illegal aliens. November 6th is that day.

I know what our predictable opposition will say about this Day. They will say "most illegals aren't violent criminals. Can't 'the rest' stay?" To which my answer is: No. We, the People of the U.S., are ALL victims of illegal aliens. Illegal aliens who aren't committing *additional* violations are still illegally here, and leeching and detrimental in countless ways, including: our schools are overcrowded, our hospitals are closing, our jobs are undercut and lost, and much more.

More than 50, 000 Americans have been killed by illegal aliens since 9/11.

More than 6,000 U.S. troops have been killed in Iraq and Afghanistan since that same date. But nearly ten times that number have been killed right here at home as a consequence of the Federal government’s failure to secure our borders and protect its citizens, in direct violation of the Constitution’s Article IV Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

More than 50,000 dead as a direct result of this violation. Yet the media ignores the victims. And politicians don’t recognize the loss of tens of thousands of families.

But today We The People remember.

Today is National Remembrance Day for Americans Killed By Illegal Aliens.

A coalition of groups fighting against illegal immigration, including Stand With Arizona, the FIRE Coalition, and Congressmen Steve King (R-IA) and Walter Jones (R-NC) joined together to recognize this day in honor of the victims.

Remembering the American Victims of Illegal Alien Criminals

F.I.R.E. Coalition, in partnership with the Tea Party Immigration Coalition and the Foreign National Crime Information Center, will hold a press conference in Washington, D.C. Thursday November 3rd to designate November 6th as The National Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Illegal Aliens and to support Congressman Walter Jones’ (NC-3) H.R. 3168, The Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act of 2011. And we thank Congressman Steve King (IA-5) for introducing a Resolution naming November 6th as The National Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Illegal Aliens.

“November 6th is the 25th anniversary of the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act

Amnesty,” said John Stahl, Chairman of the Tea Party Immigration Coalition. “One legacy of the IRCA amnesty is millions of illegal aliens who continue to invade our country expecting another amnesty and some of them are violent criminals. It is appropriate that November 6th be the day that we observe a moment of silence, remembering the tens of thousands of unnecessary victims of illegal alien crimes. They are ‘unnecessary victims,’ because if the federal government did its job, secured our borders and enforced our immigration laws, we wouldn’t have illegal alien criminals victimizing innocent American citizens and legal immigrants.”

Tea Party Immigration Coalition supports H.R. 3168, The Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act of 2011. “We don’t know the exact number of victims of illegal alien criminals,” Stahl observed. “The GAO report on Criminal Alien Statistics only hints at the problem. Honest reporting of illegal alien crime is essential for us to know the breadth and scope of the problem so we can convince our elected officials to enforce the law and protect our country and citizens. Mr. Jones’ legislation can provide us a more accurate accounting of how many Americans are being hurt by illegal alien criminals.”

The Foreign National Crime Information Center’s Victim’s of Illegal Alien Crime Memorial (VOIAC.org) has a data base of victims of illegal alien criminals that can be viewed and added to. “Tea Party Immigration Coalition is pleased to work in partnership with F.I.R.E. Coalition, The Foreign Crime Information Center and all Congressman and patriots who desire to make America safer by forcing our government to secure our borders and enforce our laws. We remember these victims in the hope of preventing future American victims of illegal alien criminals.”
