Patriots stood in front of Chuckie Schumer's Manhattan office on a warm Tuesday evening proclaiming "NO To Obama-Care!" From American Thinker: "What we desire is liberty. The freedom to choose. Domain over our own bodies. Our selves.You should manage your health. You should have the power to choose whichever option serves you best. The power over your health -- your very self -- should be in your hands!"
It was an important mission, critical actually, as these patriots know that time is running out. We must contact our elected officials:
And inform the public about the dangers of government-run "health-care"(It's called rationing...)
They were handing out flyers ...
And they would chat with anyone who wished to chat, so they could tell them the TRUTH about Obama-Care.
It must be stopped! Our lives depend on it. Mandatory, automatic death-counseling for anyone who turns 65 years old.

The people need to know that they will no longer choose their physicians, choose their own insurance, decide how they wish to be treated: This is a nightmare!
There were a couple of attempted diversions: A black woman and daughter...
and the white guy in the hat (Lefties) whom we recognized...
They tried to pass themselves off as passers-by. It's a game, well rehearsed, by which they keep us from talking to the public. The fact that there was more than one of them pretending to be "people" means they do NOT want us talking to people-on-the-street. They are NERVOUS about the TRUTH!
And BTW... many of the people passing by were receptive to learning why we were out there. This is a good-thing, so "Keep On Talking!"

There were three factions in support of Iran in Times Square but, there are some disagreements that kept them apart.
Group 1, was the main group with connections to Left-leaning orgs like Amnesty International.
They would not let Group 2 stand with the because they were flying Persian and Iranian flags.
They were called monarchists by Group 1. Group 2 also flew American flags and wanted freedom for all religions and equality for all people living in Iran...no matter what their faith. One Zoroastrian painfully asked how could they all suffer through another 30 years!
Group 3 was the Workers Communist Party.
Not everyone in Group 2 was pleased to have Group 3 stand with them.
Group 3,the Communists, were polite and stood with the monarchists against an Islamic Iran.
They said their type of communism supports free elections and equality....

The larger rally, probably financed by the Iranian Government, was not demonstrating to finally remove the brutal and sadistic Islamic regime in Iran--but to simply change it."
On Sunday, July 19, 2009, the HMAS Sydney and HMAS Ballarat sailed up the Hudson River to Pier 88 in New York. In port next to the two Australian ships was the USS Mahan DDG 72, all three were open to the public on the 21st.

The Australian ships and more than 400 sailors were visiting Manhattan as part of of a six month international deployment. "In May off the coast of Yemen, the Sydney and the Ballarat responded to a distress call from a merchant ship under attack from Somali pirates who fled after the Australian frigates and a helicopter from the Sydney appeared."
This was the sign where we had to go through bag check.
(HMAS Ballarat is the second Royal Australian Navy ship to bear the name and is the eighth ANZAC Class Guided Missile Frigate to be built by Tenix Defence Systems in Williamstown , Australia. Ballarat is a long-range frigate capable of air defence, surface and undersea warfare, surveillance, reconnaissance and interdiction)
HMAS Sydney is one of the six guided missile frigates in service with the Royal Australian Navy. She has recently been extensively upgraded.
The HMAS Sydney is a long-range escort with the ability to provide area air defence, anti-submarine and anti-shipping warfare, surveillance, reconnaissance and interdiction. She can counter simultaneous threats from the air, sea surface and under water. The Sydney has deployed to the Middle East four times. On the first occasion she took part in Operation Desert Storm, the action against Iraq during the 1991 Gulf War, for which she earned a Meritorious Unit Citation
USS Mahan (DDG-72) is an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer in the United States Navy, and the fourth US Navy ship to bear the name. She is the twelfth ship in that class built by Bath Iron Works in Maine and is home-ported in Norfolk, Virginia and part of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet. Like her predecessors, she is named after Alfred Thayer Mahan, the famous theorist on seapower.
On 16 February 2007, Mahan was awarded the 2006 Battle "E" award.[1]
For a few hours on Tuesday, July 21, the public was permitted to board all three of these ships.
The ships were in berth in New York from July 19-22 to reciprocate the 2008 Great White Fleet centennial celebrations, when the USS Shoup and the USS John S McCain visited Australian shores.

Warships from the 'Land Down Under' arrived in New York City on Sunday.
Two Australian ships arrived at Pier 88 to commemorate the relationship between the U.S. and Australia.
Both countries have served side-by-side in every major war for the last century.
The HMAS Sydney and HMAS Ballarat will be open to the public on Tuesday (July 21).
The ships are scheduled to set sail on Wednesday.
(AP) ---- The United States and Australia are celebrating a friendship at sea that has lasted more than 100 years.
On Sunday, two Australian warships arrived in New York to commemorate the relationship between the two nations — naval allies in every major conflict since World War I.

The seamen were among 400 men and women on board the warships that sailed into New York Harbor from Halifax, Nova Scotia, berthing on the Hudson River opposite the USS Intrepid, a decommissioned aircraft carrier.
The Australian frigates will be open to the public for tours on Tuesday before leaving Thursday for Baltimore and Norfolk, then Trinidad and Tobago, as part of a six-month, round-the-world deployment involving diplomatic visits and joint exercises with foreign navies.

The idea for the ships' U.S. visit came from Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, who said it is symbolic of the two nations' future challenges as allies.
The partnership started in 1907, when Australian Prime Minister Alfred Deakin invited U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt to send the American so-called Great White Fleet of 16 shipsto his country. Australia was then trying to establish its navy as a significant force independent of the British Empire.
"The Americans went behind the backs of the British to send the fleet to Australia," Tom Harley, Deakin's great-grandson, told a news conference Sunday aboard the HMAS Ballarat. "The British were not amused, they were not pleased."
Harley was joined by both ships' commanding officers, as well as the Australian Fleet Commander, Rear Admiral Nigel Coates, and Roosevelt's great-grandson, Theodore Roosevelt IV.
Last year, exactly 100 years after the 16 American battleships reached Australian shores, the USS John S McCain and the USS Shoup sailed to Australia.

Of course, in each location the respectful assembly of Patriots were told they had to leave by worried Security...
Starting with the Security in Roosevelt Mall as we unloaded our cars across from McCarthy's office...
Security at McCarthy's really,REALLY thought he was going to make the Patriots leave....
But, the Patriots were 'permitted' to stay (guess the Police have heard of the First Amendment thingy)
There was an easy delivery of a letter that demands a NO vote for the 'health' care plans of BHO and company to the office of Rep. Carolyn McCarthy.

In Melville, only two of the patriots were 'permitted' to go to THEIR own Senator's office to deliver a petition (but without any cameras.) No freedom of press at Chuckie's office.
The crowd had grown to approximately 300 at this point and from Schumer's office they moved on to the next ELECTED official; a short walk for the Patriots to Kristin Gillibrand's office (also in Melville).
Those elected seem to have FORGOTTEN that they work for US. We pay their salaries and WE are DEMANDING accountability to the PEOPLE.
The crowd was spirited as their petition that everyone had signed was read...
It was a great day for America!But, MSM is not going to report on the power of the American citizen. No Way. No How!
