13. Teach Christian religious beliefs in public schools: FALSE Mandate for Leadership advocates for all educational opportunities, and for parental rights in education.

End free and discounted school lunch programs: FALSE Mandate for Leadership advocates that the Food and Nutrition Service be moved from the Department of Agriculture to the Department of Health and Human Services. Mandate condemns the Biden administration’s decision to threaten schools that do not comply with radical transgender policies by taking away their funding for school meals for needy students. Additionally, Mandate supports prioritizing school meal programs for those students who are truly needy, not creating an entitlement for almost all students regardless of family income levels.

 

15. End civil rights and DEI protections in government:MOSTLY FALSE Mandate for Leadership calls for respecting the civil rights of all Americans, including those who have been censored by the government or had it weaponized against them. Mandate advocates for the end of divisive, race-based, anti-American propaganda in the federal workforce.

21. Promote and expedite capital punishment: TRUE The appropriateness of capital punishment divides Americans, and conservatives, of good will. Mandate for Leadership calls for the enforcement of the federal death penalty where appropriate and applicable, and recommends a future presidential administration pursue the death penalty for the most heinous crimes, including those involving violence and the sexual abuse of children, unless Congress says otherwise through legislation.

 

22. End marriage equality: FALSE The legal recognition of same-sex marriage is not discussed in Mandate for Leadership. Mandate calls for the protection of faith-based grant recipients who maintain support for the traditional definition of marriage. Mandate also supports conscience protections for those who do not wish to participate in same-sex marriages.

Meanwhile, on April 5, 2024, "Al-Quds" Day rolled around, again.  But this year there was a lot of standing around. They didn't take stage on schedule. Also, there were more police than protestors for a crowd that was small and QUIET. This was an odd protest.

It was approximately 4:30pm when they managed to get one female on the truck leading some dainty chants.

So much time wasted setting up, unwinding power cords, while the crowd and police just stood around.  It was like they couldn't go SLOW enough.

Seems that was the point. They misled the police into thinking they were going to be a bigger crowd marching to the Israeli Consulate ... whenever. But, even that was off-schedule. Later, these Twitter-X posts revealed why the 'al quds' Times Sq protestors  dawdled: they were a diversion while the main protestors re-Occupied  Zuccotti Park.

ZERO NUKES Mushroom Cloud in Times Square

 

May 17, 2022. Times Square. 5 pm .

The balloon was up as I arrived and  seemed to be fine.

HOWEVER, then the WINDS came.

For the presser and after, there was a battle in the background, a crew trying to keep the Mushroom Cloud Balloon UPRIGHT due to the Times Square winds. ( ... the best laid plans ...)

The video is a bit like watching paint dry, but I couldn't look away. The  mushroom cloud keep delivering .... a  slow collapse, no matter how many long towel-wrapped brooms tried to right the ship...

The Mushroom Cloud and its battle against the winds of Times Square. It was a slooow battle as it would fold,  get righted, only to fold again.

Rally For Freedom of Choice - No to Vaccine Mandates- Times Sq

 Oct 16, 2021. Another Rally for Freedom of Choice opposing vaccine mandates gathered in Times Square. It began at 1 pm, with speakers at 2 pm, followed by a media march at 3:30 to the NY Times and CNN HQ.

Climate change. The Great Reset. Build Back Better. These are all just excuses for bringing about Global Communism. (Twitter)

Flickr slide show: A large, diverse and enthusiastic crowd had already gathered by 1:30. "Say NO to vaccine mandates" was the issue across party lines. Dancers performed. The National Anthem was sung followed by a young, black woman who sang a lovely His Eye is On the Sparrow. Then two speakers from the Children's Health Defense, Mary Holland and Robt F. They found that authority figures control values and conscience.

Courts Aren’t Stopping Vaccine Mandates But Workers Are

The U.S. judiciary system is doing a poor job of stopping, blocking, and delaying COVID-19 vaccine coercion, but workers who have toiled throughout the pandemic are using their voices to pressure companies into laying off of forcing the jab.

Worldwide Rally For Freedom from Vaccine Mandates -Columbus Circle to Times Sq

 September 18, 2021. 1 pm.  The "Say No to Vaccine Mandates and Vaccine Passports" protest began at Columbus Circle.

At 43rd and 7th avenue the crowd was packed tightly, so I wasn't able to hear the speakers. No matter, enjoyed the signs --Slide show 2

Interesting- a COVID 19 VAX booth on the crowd's periphery. (coincidence ?)

Perhaps the "My Body My Choice" Battle Cry of the Many will finally conquer the Tyranny of the Few.
