Pro-Gaza Rally- Mean Streets NY-Assault Photographer - (Video)

This failure to protect, on a selective basis, is a VIOLATION of police procedure.
What's up New York?!

Last night, a photographer from a major New York newspaper was assaulted and harassed by the new 'Brown Shirts"... the Green Vest patrol that accompanies these anti-Israel rallies and other ubiquitous hate-America 'peace' rallies. at this most recent rally, which was billed as a "pro- Gaza anti-AIPAC rally" ,at the NY Marriott Marquis, there were LOTS of police present, but as the video will show, our police showed very little interest in assisting the photographer (who had press credentials). They seemed to prefer nothing and did a lot of standing around while the Green-vested-Brown-shirts steam-rolled the First Amendment.

Video of the harassment of the VSB.The police had a brief shining moment at about 2:00 where it seemed they were stopping the harassment, and then...the 'brown shirts' pressed on...clearly ignoring First Amendment rights.




VSB was, also, harassed by these same bullies (male and female)with the same NON response from the police. The 'Green Vested Brown-Shirts were consistent in claiming our streets as their own little empire...they ruled...not the police.



One officer attempted a couple of "pyschological" explanations for the harassment: "They just don't like what you...They just don't like your taking their pictures" and..."That's their purogative...to dislike having their pictured taken and to be brutes/bullies about it." They refused to get involved.

The officers were rude and disinterested or...timid...

The 'brown-shirts' were dictatorial and nasty and they defended "their streets" with a few choice statements. To the professional photographer they said "We don't need your pictures/coverage, so stop ...you can't take our pictures. Are you under-cover!" and to VSB", You're a zionist bitch. You put the pictures in your zionist papers. Why are you here. Why do you take so many pictures. Stop" Why they even bothered going to the police demanding that anyone they disapproved of be REMOVED (from a public street) seemed unneccesary...They were in charge. Not the police.



This assault on this photographer was an assault on free-speech. We need to demand our First Amendment rights be protected for everyone without qualification. Otherwise...what what happened in NY...it's not good, boys and girls.... Not good at all.

So... Are you mad as hell yet?..you should be...

It's held in mid-winter when food sources are scarce for squirrels and other wildlife. Sure, squirrels spent all fall gathering and "squirreling " away food. But, their supplies may not be enough. And, the variety of food is limited. So, give them an extra special treat today to supplement their winter diets.

Not everyone likes squirrels. While they are fun to watch skirting around the yard and trees, they are aggressive at bird feeders. Squirrels tip almost any bird feeder and spill the seeds in search of the particular seeds they want. In the fall, they attack pumpkins on front porches in search of the seeds inside. For gardeners they dig up and steal flower bulbs, and may eat some of the veggies in your garden.

When you think about it, mid winter is the best time to appreciate squirrels. In the winter they provide a little entertainment. During other times of the year, you may look at them as a pest in the flower and vegetable gardens.

According to Christy Hargrove, the founder, "Celebration of the event itself is up to the individual or group -- anything from putting out extra food for the squirrels to learning something new about the species."

The Hate-Israel, Hate America 'free-free pali's" staged ANOTHER event in Union Square Monday, January 19, 2009 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM . The snow had been falling off and on all day...it was now ON!

Using Martin Luther King to 'support' their 'pali' claims there was much dis-information (lies actually) to unweave for those passing by. The 'pali' mantra-of-the-day: MKL would have chosen 'palis' over Israel.

The Israel supporters offered a flyer to the people passing by. It had quotes from Dr. King supporting the fact that his position was unquestionably pro- Israel:



Over 250-300 flyers were handed out to the public. The public was receptive (not throwing then in the trash!) Heard a report later that after TSM left Washington Square (at around 6-6:15) some small altercations took place between hopped-up 'pali' youths and people passing by. Sorry we missed filming that. Still we caught the footage of these young males being incited to anger so altercations could be expected.

A Day of 'conscience"?! (from those who hate-Israel )

Caught two videos . “Act One”: truant high school students used as propaganda tools at the UN and “Act Two” : “palis ” and anarchists make a mess of rush hour in Grand Central.

A Day of 'conscience"? Then why do these fools(!) support Hamas whose charter is committed to the death of Israelis and Jews..'from the river to the sea'? Some conscience!

The Grand Central action was billed as "Act Two". A bit uneventful. :-) The public just kept walking through them (and over them...those garbage BAGS on the ground). The action was going to display shoes and toys to represent only the killing of their own children (murdered in fact by Hamas in Gaza) And...no tears for Jewish children murdered by Hamas. You'll not see any sympathy for Jewish children from these soc/commie/dem/libs who also just happen to HATE America.

The day started at Noon with a protest at the US Consulate to the UN (led by cold, angry, bitter and obviously IGNORANT teens) (scroll past pictures for "Act One" video) The future screamed at us from the US Consulate to the UN shouting “She’ll use this in her Zionist press. Don’t talk her”:

There were childrens' toys and shoes placed on the ground by truant teen-aged anti-zionists (yes...skipping school en masse) "This is education" they chanted apparently unaware that they were spewing propaganda. They refused to discuss Hamas' charter (they couldn't....hadn't READ it) but TALK isn't on their agenda anyway. With no understanding of the Middle East (other than the lies they'd been fed) they have no sympathy for the Jewish mothers and children murdered by Hamas. Is this how the kids in New York learn their history? THIS is "education" ?

Do you know where your kids were today? Try the US Consulate to the UN.

9 arrested in NYC pro-Palestinian rally CNN

NEW YORK (CNN) — At least nine protesters were arrested in a pro-Palestinian rally in New York that injured seven police officers, authorities said.

The extent of injuries varied from minor to serious, New York police said. Two officers sustained head injuries.

Detective Cheryl Crispin said the protesters taken into custody faced charges ranging from disorderly conduct to reckless endangerment.

In a statement, the NYPD said the officers were injured when trying to break up a fight between two demonstrators.

The demonstrators had gathered on Manhattan’s West Side on Sunday afternoon to protest the Israeli incursion in Gaza.

The ‘palis’ marched up 8^th Avenue to CNN whining that CNN and the NY ’slimes’ don’t support the ‘pali’-cause. Lots of police, horses, scooters and command vehicles (as usual) were on the street to accompany these vile protesters all over mid-town. At one point, traffic came to stand-still while a ‘pali’ got arrested (they like to do that—drama-queens).And lots of tourist watching…

Why no marches through mid-town from the pro-Israel crowd? Why was that awesome Solidarity with Israel Rally left hidden on the East Side? Imagine if those 5,000 people (or more…no tally to quote yet)marched through Times Square. What if the Pro-ISRAEL RALLY had marched into mid-town! What an awesome sight that would have been.

Why are we hiding? WHY are we not DEMANDING the same visibility!! This is a great misfortune. WE MUST GET OUT MESSAGE OUT TO THE PUBLIC. WE MUST FIGHT THE PR WAR ON THE STREETS. Just like the “pali-”leftists do. LET’S MARCH!!!(Or….will the police tell us WE can’t march) Anyone want to find out?

Counter-Rally to the Hate-Israel/Pro-“palis”

The counter-rally to the hate-Israel/pro-“pali” march was a great success. Our goal: to stay out of a police enclosure as long as we could. The police usually send us too far away from the lefties that we come to counter. (It didn’t use to be this way) But, recently the police are harassing those who support Israel (who support America) demanding that we not even take pictures.

The soc-commie-leftie-“palis” are always surrounded by their legal-beagles and we KNOW Bloomberg has used CAIR to instruct the police to be ‘sensitive’ to the muslims so we seem to be not as equal as some… Of course the police can’t herd the leftists the way they can law-abiding Americans so we lose in the PR-‘war’ of using the public streets to spread our message. The leftists saturate every sidewalk and every corner…every crosswalk… with themselves and their signs and their SOUND blasts for blocks!! (how far is a sound system permitted to blast?) At any rate, just try to counter that insanity. Nope. We aren’t even permitted to walk around with flyers. Everything we attempt: taking pictures, passing out flyers, walking, standing, pausing…we are harassed by the police into enclosures far awaywhile their lies are being BLASTED all over Times Square.(Note: we had four photographers on-the-street who were stopped from taking pictures(again) and one photorapher even had her camera taken from her briefly by an officer. WHY when she was breaking no laws.)

We are bullied because we still respect the police but, do the police respect US? that seems doubtful. Anyone who remembers the very successful protest at the NY Times a few years ago knows that the police permitted the opposition to stand directly across from us blasting whistles very loudly and without pause. It was disgusting. Yet, today in New York City we can’t even hand-out flyers or take pictures!

Now, to the good part. Today, we took the police completely by surprise. (that’s what we intended) We had many wonderful patriots on our side carrying flags and signs around Times Square until the police simply shoved us in to a dark hole on 38^th street (behind a bus-shelter!!) But, until then: We did GOOD!

The ‘palis’ and friends kept walking everywhere with their flags, with their signs and with their commie-papers while the police just stood around and did nothing to them. At one point, I managed as did a couple of others in our group, to create enough commotion around a few of the ‘pali-leftists’ that they were forced into their enclosures (even if only temporarily).

Remember the ‘palis’ walking around on the sidewalks were left alone to walk around by the police and even though we were technically penned-in, we have quite a few of our patriots also walking around. The police didn’t like the ‘palis’ yelling at us at one point. Guess that’s why we got moved to the blind side of the bus-shelter.Even so we had a great day.

We TAKE Times Square unannounced!

We held that position for about 15 minutes claiming freedom of speech and assembly.

Then…we were bullied all the way to 37th st…

But our foot-soldiers took to the sidewalks anyway:

Then because the ‘palis’ were yelling at us…the cops shoved us behind another bus shelter that was further away…

We did a great job a showing ourselves to the public and handing out flyers in spite of the police harassment.
