UPDATE begins with Saturday October 15, 2011.
The "peaceful" unwashed masses, Leftists-Socialists-Marxists-Anarchists claiming to represent the 99 %, continued as programed, RIOTING thru the streets of Manhattan.
When the Sanitation Army was called off , because Brookfield Properties backed down, the insurgents celebrated by rioting and trashing the streets. Ever disrespectful of authority, they also orchestrated what they claimed to be police brutality. The press, ever willing to praise the anarchists, devoured this propaganda like hungry dogs (for an Oscar winning performance, Go Here) The inmates are now running the asylum.
From Bloomberg News, "Fourteen protesters in lower Manhattan were arrested after a decision to delay closing Zuccotti Park, the site of demonstrations against the financial industry, police said.
Protesters arrested included those who stood or sat down in the street, Paul Browne, a spokesman for the New York City Police Department, said in an e-mail. Others taken into custody included individuals who allegedly overturned trash baskets or hurled bottles, Browne said. At least one demonstrator was detained after he allegedly knocked over a police scooter."
The goals of these"Peaceful Patriots"and their"New World Order", knee-jerking their way to anarchy, is underlined in red by their blatant disrespect for our American Flag.

Another familiar sight is the 'peaceful' waving of a "V" sign (before they stab you in the back.) Crafty like a fox .
October 13, 2011 is the day before the planned delousing of Zuccotti Park. All was not well (emotionally) in Squatters Town. The natives were verklempt ...
But the drummers were hysterical and having a lengthy heated 'discussion' (this lasted about 30 minutes) Seems the drummers were offended by the arrogance of their MOCK Assembly aka General Assembly (G.A ) for even suggesting they not pound away 24/7. But, the G.A. was pulling rank.
You can hear between 4:00 to 5:50 minutes a handler say, "The G.A. can't HEAR in their meetings (in the middle of the park) because the DRUMS are so LOUD!" Sounds like sweet revenge to me...
How the handlers might resolve this "in house" conflict kept me there for that 30 minutes of whining and complaining, but this is much shorter. Edited the temper-tantrum down to about 8 minutes of "Fun and Games".
And how to make your "children" compliant must be in the Anarchy 101 playbook. Their handlers were smooth and well coordinated so when the group needed focus or to calm down, they would shout "mic check". This echoed through the crowd resulting in 'silence for the speaker.
Another 'echo effect' was a Greek Chorus-thing. Used to emphasize statements made by a speaker, the other handlers/facilitators in the crowd echoed the main-handler (facilitator) while the 'children' .... listened....
It was fun to hear their dissent aimed mostly at the 'village', complaining about as Brookfield Properties, Bloomberg, the Police wasn't the issue at this time.
Their was no doubt, though, Zuccotti Park is THEIR Park. They're not leaving and the children will play their drums whenever they like. So there!
So...the drumming continued while others in the encampment were quite busy.
After all it was cleaning day!
Even some of hard-core leftists, their senior fellows and gals, were scrubbing and bleaching the park.
Some were trying to 'make nice' by fixing (repairing) replanting? the damaged flowers and shrubs. Perhaps by cleaning away the evidence, the dead and crushed flowers and shrubs, they hoped to conjure a "no harm, no foul" kind of deal...
Some were busy making bundles of their 'stuff' as they prepared for a mass evacuation...
Some were resting ( or just hanging?)
Some were sleeping...
But, the big show of "co- operation", perhaps not what it seemed. Even though they taped their possessions in huge bundles, many were taped to the concrete berms in the park, to the trees, to anything stationary.
It was not going to be easy for the police to remove anything. Tents, books, food, sleeping areas etc tape up and taped down. If they could have, I think their stuff would have been nailed to the ground.
Bottom Line, the police were not going to be allowed to remove them from the park for sanitary reasons, not for any reason. And on morning of the 14th, they didn't.
And remember, the collective wants you to know, "You TOO can be a Rock Star".
Useful idiots spreading "the knowledge" until they are no longer useful and then....buh-bye...
In protest, they've added a HUGE paper mache mega phone. Since the police won't issue a sound permit they went for this LOUD response....
The handler speaking to this small group, claims the sanitation part of assault on Zuccotti-Ville is a RUSE. Slander. They claim the park is not unsanitary and also claim they tried to have port-o-johns delivered but were denied. BTW- the handler is this vid was instructing the PEOPLE on how to control the "answer with a new question" method...like this was something new?
A brief look at some of the extraneous machinations as they worked to clean up their little Utopia.
But what you see is a different story. Garbage (yes),no sanitation (yes), no running water(yes) and tents and sleeping bags were NOT ALLOWED.
Slide show of pictures
A public park has been ruined. The mess keeps growing. There's no clear path to walk thru the park. You have to step over people and bedding from one end to the other.
But,they are Happy in "Shanty Town"....
Comfy even....
"Home Sweet Home"
Don't expect cold weather to drive them away. A hard core contingent is going to hang in there.
They've made no secret of the next phase of the occupation-squatting. There are many similar public/private areas like this one to be reclaimed by 'the people'. And it doesn't hurt that their insurgency is supported by a long list of elected Leftists and sycophant celebrities. Brookfield Properties was intimidated into no action. It worked. So look for more 'Zuccotti-villes'on the map as winter appproaches.

Returning to the day before. The 'patriots' were filled with doom and gloom over the proposed wash-down aka the "hosing-that-didn't-happen"
