A Marxist Lead March (also a part of the "Occupation") was planned to go up 5th Avenue; the marched to the homes of the supposedly GREEDY Billionaires (who just happened to be Republicans).
Mad as ever at any one who succeeds ....and isn't a Marxist-Tool
This is a list of those they were protesting (Greedy Rich)
This is a list of who was missing (Apparently they are not Greedy-Rich) Thanks to Atlas Shrugs for this list:
Why not include Arthur Blank, Warren Buffett, Barry Diller, Michael Eisner, David Geffen, Charles Gifford, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Norman Lear, Penny Pritzker, George Soros, Steven Spielberg, Steve Tisch...how about Oprah Winfrey, Georges Soros or Mayor Michael "He's-a-Billionaire" Bloomberg!
Hands off the oligrachs!!
The Press Conference began at Noon (BTW- Fellow in orange shirt is ACORN)
The belligerents held banners and signs leaving no question as to who was behind and in front of this march. The anti-American (traitorous) ACORN....
The Marxists (The Workers Party, The Socialist Party) saw familiar faces representing the "workers"...
Mr. Soros and his MoveOn.org....
And the usual Teamsters Unions (tools and thugs) Lots of Union presence since they've already raped and ruined the economy with their Thug-Economics, why back-off now?
And , of course, a Code Pinko Grandma.
Plus some Useful Idiots from the CUNY Faculty.
Part 1 VIDEO is before the march
For the press and their photo-ops this was the the older UES crowd (white) mixed with the ACORN "People of Color" and Spanish Language Reps were there, too, all claiming to be the Good-Guys.
Some of those 'good-guys' seemed to be missing. The Zuccotti-ville unwashed , who were probably told to stay 'home' (or they were sleeping-off the effects of the previous night's bacchanal)
Either way, they were probably PAID to stay away, to sleep it off (or to crap on the streets) as has finally been documented. Guess we no longer need wonder where they are relieving themselves
Much thank to Atlas Shrugs for this info:
The Working Families Party (WFP) (www.workingfamiliesparty.org) is New York's most energetic, independent and progressive political party. Formed in 1998 by a grassroots coalition of community organizations, neighborhood activists, and labor unions, we came together to build a society that works for all of us, not just Wall Street CEOs and the well-connected. WFP is independent from corporate and government funding and in-addition we are community based; community funded and equally uninfluenced by both major parties. Our agenda focuses on economic and social justice, corporate accountability, job creation, environmental protection, and investment in education and healthcare.
"We're organizing in communities around New York State -- but we don't hire people to Occupy Wall Street. Then again, if you believe the laughable conspiracy theories from Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh, this is probably the wrong job for you anyway."
For the past twelve years the WFP has been at the fore front of progressive politics,
Leading the fight and helping to frame the debate. The WFP has a proud record of fighting for issues that matter and has been instrumental in implementing key pieces of legislation such as Raising New York's Minimum Wage, Enacting Living Wage Laws, Creating Thousands of Jobs In the Green Economy, Passing Healthcare Reforms on the Local Level, Fighting for Affordable Housing, Keeping Tuition Costs Low, A Progressive Tax Code, Reliable/Cost Effective Public Transit System, Public Financing Of Elections and Corporate Accountability . In addition, we have an unapologetic stance on supporting and pushing good candidates to enact progressive legislation
The WFP is seeking immediate hires.
You must be an energetic communicator, with a passion for social and economic justice.
Only outgoing, articulate dedicated, determined candidates will be considered for the positions.
For those candidates that qualify WFP offers substantial paid-training provided by senior leadership, on varied issues such as: advocacy, public speaking, mobilizing, fundraising, networking and organizing. We invest in passionate people with excellent communication skills and a full benefits package is offered to those candidates that qualify. In addition, there is opportunity for advancement and travel to our satellite chapters and out of state affiliates.
This is not a policy job! Through direct action you will be shaping NY state politics for the next 20 years.
If you care about New York and want to help educate and mobilize around legislative campaigns-then we look forward to hearing from you!
"We're organizing in communities around New York State -- but we don't hire people to Occupy Wall Street. Then again, if you believe the laughable conspiracy theories from Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh, this is probably the wrong job for you anyway."
BTW- There is brief nudity by one participant from 4:14 to 4:32 (if you want to skip past this) This person is a regular, even put on her show at the Easter Parade on 5th Ave this year. Apparently nudity is not an issue with the police.
She had a mantra at this event: "Titties for Peace/ Entertainment" ...whatever....rang from those steps briefly. The crowd had a laugh and got back to business which was "The Hate and Envy of The Rich" Campaign.
A protest against Financial Success...
Decided to ask 4 different reporters (from MSM Networks) if they were aware of who had been left off this list. Alternately they played dumb or insisted that Murdoch was on the list and therefore my claim was incorrect. And a network cameraman informed me it was okay for Bloomberg to be left off the list, because this was for the VERY rich... (huh?)
The media is not capable of seeing the forces are at work here, they pay their salaries. Better Dumb than out-of-work. Sycophants in awe, so respectful of the insurgents, lots of the MSM media eagerly sought interviews with these the 'average" folk shilling for the Leftists. Fools, Tools and Idiots
They've trained him well...
And since there was a large contingent of police assigned to walk the marchers from 59th to 95th street, the city will be paying more for the police-sitters while there are fewer police in the neighborhood precincts. Is this ever going to end? Not if Bloomberg stays on their team.
And a Star and Crescent as we marched East....a fitting reminder that all is not well on more than one front....
The second video is a bit of the March. Never expected much to happen at the homes of these 'Greedy' Billionaires, so after Murdoch's residences, I left....
Part 2 VIDEO ( the march)
Slideshow of a few pictures at the rally and the march
More to be posted on the Disgusting Wall Street Mess AKA Zuccotti-ville. Untouched, unwashed, unclean. Thanks a heap "Saints" Pelosi, Obama and Bloomberg.... Their hands out...Money talks.... As they shilling for the anarchists"....
